| You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet. Any information you send us will be fully encrypted for your protection. We accept payment by Mastercard, and Visa, and every effort is made to ensure that your purchases are shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of your order. |

ORDERING INFORMATION:
.Please supply complete recipient address information and phone number if available.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O.Boxes.
.Please supply your own daytime and evening phone numbers in case a question arises concerning your order.
.Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information.
.Gift Cards with your personal message are included with all purchases.
.Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders received by 12pm EST Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day if all items are available. Orders received after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day if all items are available. FedEx Ground delivery service will be used unless otherwise specified.
Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit.
Orders containing refrigerated or frozen items will be packed with styrofoam and shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Brazamerica will not be responsable for damaged refrigerated or frozen items when the customer does not select at least 2 days fast shipping.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Shipped where permissible. Shipping charges are based on FedEx Ground Track Rates. All packages may be shipped via Three Days Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for additional charges. Federal Express & Airborne Available.
